Before you start, remember that politeness, respect and discipline are the most important factors of the Sumo way of life! Players must put their hands on their knees whilst crouched as real Sumo Wrestlers.
A Sumo Stamp is not traditional but is highly recommended for added laughs and embarrassment.
GAME PLAY
There are 4 types of gameplay. Each has a unique style and will unleash your inner Sumo in ways you never knew were possible. Before each game, players must decide on a distance between the starting point and the Sumo ring.
STEP 1
Unpack the contents of your Sumo Squats game.
STEP 2
Step in to your Sumo belt and adjust to your Sumo needs
STEP 3
Adjust the distance between the hook and floor.
STEP 4
Now squat, hook and start the Sumo race!
